Our Process
- Get in touch via phone or website form here so we can discuss the basics of your project.
- We'll arrange a time for an obligation-free consultation, either in-person or via phone/video call, so we can get to know each other and being to discuss the project scope, budget, timeline, and any specific requirements or design preferences. Our builder (and designer, if required) will offer insights and suggestions based on their expertise. (If you've already had project plans created, skip ahead to step 5)
- Our builder will conduct a visit to assess the construction site firsthand. This allows us to evaluate the project's feasibility, identify any potential challenges or opportunities, and gather essential information to provide a more accurate quote.
- If you haven't already had plans drawn up, our builder and designer will collaborate with you to develop detailed plans for the project. Once the plans have been agreed to, we'll obtain the necessary permits and approvals, and ensure the project can be carried out incompliance with local building regulations and codes.
- We'll provide you with a formal quote that outlines the scope of work, specifications, materials, timelines, and estimated costs. If you accept the quote, we'll provide a contract specifies the terms and conditions of the project, including responsibilities, payment terms, warranties, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Once the contract has been signed and any necessary permits have been obtained, the construction project can commence. We'll a project schedule and provide regular updates to the you throughout, ensuring that work progresses smoothly and according to plan.
- Once the project is completed, our builder will conduct a final inspection to ensure that all aspects of the project are up to our high standards. We'll then formally hand over the completed project to you, who may conduct their own inspection and provide feedback. Dream home, unlocked.
